I went to bed last night and felt an overwhelming sense of peace fill my body. As I lay in my bed, I started to see a pulsing flashing light. It became so strong, I was no longer able to contain it.
This had happened to me several times before. The first time, I was so scared that I called my teacher, Papa Joe, to ask him what it was.
“It’s the planets and the stars talking to you,” he said.
Needless to say, it totally freaked me out.
I connected the dots back to 20 years ago, when I started my journey with my teacher, Hohepa Delamere (Papa Joe), a Maori elder and healer from New Zealand. He wasn’t trying to show me how to heal, though, because he said I had been “healing for many lifetimes”. After years of apprenticeship with him, it was revealed to me that I was remembering.
Papa’s sole intention was to teach me how to travel through the universes. At first, I was resistant, but as I was slowly led into a more peaceful state of mind, I was able to let go. I witnessed the whole world around me, while I traveled out into different realms and universes.
It wasn’t an overnight process, and went on for several years. During that time I had little contact with others, because I could no longer relate to anyone. I was beginning to “wake up”.
As time passed, I began to see more clearly. I’m not talking about sight from my eyes, but I’m referring to the inner eye.
I continued to work as a healer so I could earn an income, while I advanced more into my own inner journeying. During this time, I had vivid dreams which I would speak to Papa about. So many questions were being answered that I had for so long. That’s about the time I witnessed that we humans are multidimensional beings.
As the wisdom of the elders was downloaded, it deepened my ability to heal. When asked to describe what I do, it’s difficult to explain – but let’s just say most of the work I do is from other realms.
For a long time now, I have been silent for fear of sounding arrogant or ridiculous. But lately, while I’m sleeping – and awake – the elders have been showing me it’s time to start speaking up. While I might be afraid of what others will think, it really doesn’t matter anymore. I am here to assist those who are waking up.
For years now, my work with people has been to help them release heavy and dark energies, so they can remember their true calling or their soul’s path. Let this blog serve as a reminder to all those who have been doing the work – to continue to connect to your inner self, so you will know how to move forward from here.
We have chosen to be here at this time, so we need to cut the cords that have been draining and dulling our senses. Look up at the stars, with your feet firmly planted on Mother Earth, and remember we are much more than we could ever imagine. As Papa once said to me, “There is a huge universe out there Shari, and it’s time you travel in it.
I think that most of us would agree, discovering our true identity is extremely critical at this time. Dont you think?
“I met Shari on a beach nearly 6 years ago and have been working with her ever since. Shari has guided me though some of the biggest shifts in my life. While many of these shifts have taken place on a spiritual level, I am always blown away by her ability to have a direct impact on the health of my physical body. Last year, when I was suffering from a chronic chest infection where conventional medicine alone did not seem to be helping; after chest x-rays, CT scans and three courses of antibiotics; it was only after a session with Shari that I finally managed to clear it from my body. No matter what happens in life, and especially during these unsettling times, I feel reassured to know that Shari always has my back.”

Last night I was suddenly jolted from a deep sleep. I was woken up by the sound of pounding hooves running through my neighborhood streets. Back and forth click clack- click clack frantically pacing. I slowly began to realize a horse was loose. The longer I listened, I could tell he was getting increasingly panicked by his loud screams. I live on the top of a mesa in the Santa Monica mountains. So sounds in the middle of night can be deafening. I tried to ignore it and go right back to sleep. But an animal in distress, ALWAYS pulls on my heart strings.
I dragged my tired, half awake, self out of bed. I put my shoes and jacket on and went outside and followed the sounds of the horse. I went towards him. How stupid, I thought. Whats the horses name? I don’t have a rope, what am I supposed to do now? I proceeded to call out and move towards the panicked horse.
As I got closer the horse galloped up to me in full force. I stood there a tad bit intimidated thinking, oh my god this horse is huge and it can crush me. How ridiculous of me to think I could help. All I could do was stand frozen in fear.
But to my surprise he came up to me inches away and bowed its head. I reached my hand up and gently petted him to give him some comfort. He stood with me under the night sky panting loudly. He calmed down a bit and without any words, I felt an exchange of energy. A calmness began to arise in my own body. In about a minute or two he ran off down the hill. Well maybe thats all this was about to calm his stress, I thought.
I walked back to my house under a dimly lit new moon sky. The fog had come in and there was a mystical dreamy visual. I was intrigued by the magical evening that lured me out at 3 A.M. In a dream like state but fully awake I looked up and saw several shooting stars. I thought how precious my life had become. My only wish in that moment was to share what I have learned. My heart was full and my mind was humbled like a child.
It wasn’t always like this I thought. There was a time when all I wanted was to stop the chronic turmoil I felt inside. It was always a mystery to me as to why I couldn’t function. How did it all change? Hah. I chuckled to myself. It was years and years of being committed to working on myself. Even prior to meeting my teacher, Papa Joe, I REALIZED healing those deep deep ancestral wounds that go beyond psychology would be my mission.
The pain I once carried would have never let me stare at a sky like this and feel at home within myself. Wow. I have come a long way. I am not the same scared girl I once was. I was thankful to the horse that lured me into the night to receive such a powerful blessing. And thankful to Papa Joe for all his teachings that excelled my journey of healing my ancestral wounds.
As you once said Papa, “There can be no real healing until we heal our ancestry.”
“About ten years ago, I came across Shari. I had tried several other practitioners. She had none of the ego and endless BS of the other healers. She was direct and her touch took me to another place. All I know is when I got off the table I was regenerated. What Shari does can not be explained, only experienced. Through Shari I have been able to grow and come into my purpose. Once you go to Shari you will not want to go to any other energy healers afterwards.” ~ Avi
Last December a very close friend of mine died of cancer right after his 31st birthday. To watch his rapid decline was a sobering experience to say the least. The few conversations I had with him while he was in the hospital were simple, yet profound. He had always been the type of guy who loved to be close to nature. He loved surfing, hiking and spent much of his time taking beautiful photographs outdoors. In my last conversation with him, he said, “All I want to do is come home and watch the sunset.”
It was strange how I never grieved after he passed. It was almost like his spirit was telling me not be sad and go out to enjoy that sunset he missed. Not long after that, I went for a long walk and I left my phone behind so I wouldn’t be disturbed. While walking in silence, I heard a clear voice say, ‘live your life.’ I remember my teacher, Papa Joe, used to say that all the time to me.
As I reflected on my current mindset, I could see how I had been letting the overall negativity in the world get in. I knew I was capable of much, much more. I started to ask myself questions, how can I show up for my life more joyfully? As soon as I asked the question I could feel my heart opening. In order to find joy I would need to honor my life force. That’s when I made a choice to commit, by becoming the best version of myself that I could be!
I followed up by making an appointment with an acupuncturist. I listened to lectures on health and spiritual wellness. I watched countless videos by The Medical Medium, by Dr Eric Berg, By Subah Jain, Eckhart Tolle and many more. I was well aware of much of this information already, but the difference came from integrating it into my life. As I started to implement this new life style I started seeing radical results. I felt so much lighter and happier. I lost weight. My skin began to glow. Wrinkles smoothed out. My eyes were brighter. My energy level was through the roof. I slept well. My hormones leveled out. A fibroid I had shrunk completely.
I started to pay close attention to what was giving me energy or what was depleting it, and I would like to share some of that with you:
1.) Change your mindset. Old beliefs are like little monsters that keep you stuck in negative patterns.
2.) Finding a purpose is one of the greatest gifts in life. A purpose will align you with higher frequency.
3.) Although many resentments may feel justified, we need to get rid of them. Holding negative thoughts inside about people, places, or things will only create a vortex that will drain your vital energy. Often when clients get off my healing table they look like they they’ve just come back from a two-month holiday in the Caribbean because they’ve let their resentments go.
4.) I have always been mindful about my diet, but often used foods for comfort. Recently, I changed my diet from mainly proteins to eating plenty of vegetables. I start every morning with a vegetable and fruit smoothie. I don’t eat processed food. I removed all sugar, dairy, breads, eggs and pork. I look for foods that will alkaline my body and kill off any cancer cells and disease. Weight loss has not only become easier for me, its incredibly fun. While it may seem challenging at first, eventually your palette will change. You will actually crave food that is filled with more life force.
5.) Sleep is vital for cell regeneration, so if you’re not sleeping well it needs to be addressed. Do you have stressors that are disrupting your sleep? Have you had your hormones checked for any imbalances? Are you eating the right foods?
6.) Exercise helps renew cells while bringing oxygen to your blood. It is important to increase your heart rate in order to clear stagnation in your body. While doing exercise remember to listen to the body and not overdue it. Also hydrate and drink plenty of water.
7.) Sunlight is one of the best medicines for your body and the best times to absorb the sun is early in the morning or just before sunset. Taking in this natural source of light restores and gives the cells the vitality it needs.
8.) Being in nature helps to not only boost your cells, but increases collagen in the skin. Breathe in the air when you’re in nature because within it lies the fountain of youth
9.) Meditation. In such a hectic world it is critical that we find time for silence. Calming your mind through breathing and quiet frees you from the grips of a busy mind. It doesn’t matter what your spiritual beliefs are, only that you bring your awareness into the now.
10.) Stop doing so much. Do you really need to burn your candle at both ends? Slow down and smell the roses. How many times I hear people say “ I’m too busy”. For your life, health, well being. You see maybe we don’t have to do this only when we are sick and then fighting to live. Maybe we can do this because life is precious and we deserve to be the best.
11.) Gratitude is extremely important because it lifts the vibration in our bodies. As it was told to me by my teacher. Every morning and each night say, THANK YOU FOR MY LIFE.
I’m sure many of you are well aware of these things already, but hopefully this will serve as a friendly reminder so you can see the years of built up toxicity melting away from your entire being.

“There are many trends to health and healing, and many people claim they can help you . I’ve been led down some pretty dark paths. But no matter how much time or money I had spent on a health issue’s before working with Shari, I never saw much change or result. Maybe one new thing, like a diet change or new supplement. Only to find the symptom to disappear for a moment, but it always came back. I couldn’t keep up! The endless chase of the newest research or test left me drained, and sometimes worse off than before. So when I came to Shari I was riddled with health problems. I thought Shari would just be another one of “those people” (even though the story of how I came to know of Shari is epic unto itself). I was wrong. SHARI IS THE REAL DEAL.”

With the new age philosophy it can often be about how to attain happiness or manifest something outside of yourself. I have found that only by deep listening can I cultivate my true inner voice. The soul’s voice.
As I stared at the sand moving through my fingers I saw the connection of letting go of all space and time. It is only there that one can enter into their own sacred dominion.
Surrendering deep into that sacred space in-between thoughts is where you find the answers.
So dive deep and enter the portal within and you will find it is truly coming back home.
Soul
1.) The spiritual part of someone that is believed to give life to the body.
Purpose
1.) The reason for which something exists or is done: intention
What is it all about? Life can seem so large and overwhelming. There are so many choices and options. Of course there is all the mental pre programming on how life “should look”. We want to be the best we want to be secure. But what is “Our Soul’s Purpose”?
If you would of sat me down years back and asked me about my purpose, I would of chimed in about how my soul was “meant” to be an actress. How I was here to express myself blah, blah, blah! Now there was some truth to that. My name Shari, in hebrew, means: “to share”. And to communicate is pretty easy for me. But I was lost and coming from a wounded place of needing recognition and acknowledgment. This is however my truth I know several actors that this is truly what they are here to do.
My Soul’s Purpose is to heal and teach others. So how did I finally find my purpose? One, it took several years but that is my story. I have a very strong and sometimes stubborn mind. I did not think in a million years healing people would have been the way to go.
However when I was with my teacher Papa Joe, mentioned in a previous blog post, things began to take a different course. He sat me down and said I was not being honest. He went for the kill in a couple of seconds. From that point forward it was all about waking up from the “Ego’s Hold”. Whenever he spoke to me it was multi-dimensional. One or two words would stop you in your tracks. As if a large bell rang and it vibrated and chimed through all time and space. Time would stand still to the point of almost psychedelia. The wind would begin to speak, colors were vivid, everything felt as if it had quotation marks around them. Guess they were moments of being “awake and remembering my soul’s code” as he would put it!
It seemed so simple to the people around me. “You are so gifted why don’t you just be a healer?” I was always working on my friends in my spare time. But I intellectualized it all that just seemed to simple for me. Simple yes, but very difficult to actually let go and flow with it I did not trust yet. I still thought I was in control.
So many people are off track because their ego won’t let them stay still long enough to face themselves to de-code their own destiny. Especially when they get close to opening that door! Something cleverly distracts them again to flying off in another direction.
Before I go on I feel it’s important to mention this:
If you are searching for your path, purpose, or destiny you can become vunerable. The tendency is go and ask Madame Zora or the psychic of the month your question of “what’s my purpose?” This can get a bit tricky. One is how do you know how clean this psychic is? My experience with this is plenty. I used to be the first to give my power away and start spinning to get my answer. So this isn’t me standing on my soap box preaching. But it takes years to know who’s who in the spirit world. There are so many tricksters. You must have a teacher to keep you clean and in your integrity. All I’m saying is that if you open that door always ask your healer or psychic who their teacher is to ensure they are that they are safe.
So back to my original message:
Discipline is one of the hardest lesson of them all. But very important in pulling in your energy from all those “things” that need your attention: Work, children, friends, family, school and general day to day issues. The phone alone can pull you into a portal. Instagram, texting, facebook, email (old school) so distracting. But where you hold your attention is where the energy is and there you are. You must give yourself silence to focus, be still and listen. The answer is there inside you. Let it open and speak to you and create the space to receive the information. All you need to do is to stop and ask with an open heart “What is my Soul’s Purpose?”. If you ask with sincerity it will begin to set in motion all you need to know about your purpose and why you are here on this planet at this time.
I will be having my second workshop for all the information go to my Group Sessions page!
